- Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) with Weekend and Holiday Rotation
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures.
- Document care according to standards and best practices.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations.
- Develop and execute personalized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Engage in performance improvement activities and shared governance.
- Provide clinical expertise and support to other departments for a coordinated care experience.
- Employ critical thinking to ensure patient safety and enhance the patient experience.
- Participate in peer review processes and unit practice activities.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Active IL RN Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC or TNS
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (education verification required)
