**Job Description:**
- Deliver exceptional, age-specific, direct patient care
- Utilize the Nursing Process within the framework of established Patient Care Standards
- Assume leadership responsibilities, including delegating tasks to other staff members
- Comply with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and healthcare policies
- Certifications must be up-to-date:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS/BCLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- ATT (Advanced Trauma Technician)
- ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Certification)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
