**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Asheville, NC
- **Unit:** Emergency Department (ED)
- **Shift:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
- **Bed Capacity:** 101
- **Patient Ratios:**
- Typically 4:1 for medical
- Up to 7:1 on ED behavioral holds

**Qualifications:**
- **Experience Required:**
- Minimum of 2 years as a registered nurse
- At least 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting
- Preferably prior experience with HCA
- **Skills Needed:**
- Teamwork mentality and the ability to coach and provide feedback in real-time
- Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED
**Certifications Required:**
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS completed before hire
- ENPC within 90 days of hire
**Unit Specifics:**
- Tech support available in cardiac monitoring and internal processing
- Documentation through Cerner
- Attendance policy provided on Day 1
**Dress Code:**
- Navy scrubs
