Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in specialty License: Valid state license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, MAB, NIHSS Must-Have: - Preferred previous charge experience - Required experience with trauma Level II - Required charting experience in any community hospital Description: Position available for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Emergency Room. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the emergency setting. First-time travelers are accepted. Weekend availability is required. No on-call responsibilities. Floating within the facility is not required. A strict dress code is enforced. Candidates must comply with specific grooming standards. Candidates will care for a diverse patient population, including neonates, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The emergency department has an average daily census of 270-300 patients. There are 72 beds designated for patient care. Special procedures and assessments are inclusive of the role. Candidates must possess experience in managing dysrhythmias, central line care, and IV vasopressors. Triage experience is required. All candidates must have a commitment to high-quality patient care.
