Description:
This is a contract position for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department.
The role involves working days from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
No call requirements are associated with this position.
The unit has 32 beds and a total of 117 staff members.
Patient ratios are 4:1.
The types of procedures performed include lumbar punctures, intubations, thrombolysis, laceration repairs, suture removals, and splinting.
The ideal candidate should be a great team player and be able to anticipate the needs of patients and the department.
Dress code requires navy blue scrubs and a navy blue zip-up sweater.
No pull-over sweatshirts are acceptable attire.
Permanent positions may be available within the unit.
