Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – New Hampshire

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7a-7p / 7p-7a); every other weekend required

- 10-procedure-room freestanding emergency department with 1 dedicated trauma room
- Patient ratio of 5:1 with flexibility during high-acuity cases

- Diverse case mix including trauma, stroke, cardiac emergencies, DKA, sepsis, and psychiatric care
- RN-driven protocol-based care: independent work-up of labs, EKGs, X-rays, and medications based on chief complaint
- Collaborative environment with EMS agencies and multidisciplinary care teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
- Current RN license in New Hampshire or compact state
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, MOAB, and TNCC required
- Proficiency with ultrasound-guided IV insertion, IO insertion, and EKG interpretation preferred
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- Dependability, punctuality, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
