TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Portland, Oregon, 97222!

Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Various shifts including evening and night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an emergency room setting License: Active Registered Nurse license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Experience with Epic charting system - Triage experience Description: Seeking a qualified Emergency Room Registered Nurse. The position will float between units as necessary. Weekends are required every other weekend. A flexible shift schedule is expected, including evening and night shifts. Patient-to-nurse ratios are expected to be 1:4. Experience in a Level I or II Trauma Center is beneficial. The candidate must be able to start and maintain IVs and administer blood products. Diverse patient age groups will be cared for, including neonates, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support will be available, including physical therapy and pharmacy services. All candidates should possess strong assessment and critical-thinking skills. Candidates must have the ability to manage dysrhythmias and interpret EKGs. Travelers may be expected to float to nearby facilities as needed.
