Certifications: Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS.
Must-Have:
- Ability to interpret and manage heart rhythm changes (dysrhythmias).
- Experience in caring for critically ill patients with multi-organ issues.
- Proficiency in administering blood products and managing central lines.
- Skilled in starting and maintaining IVs.
- Competence in administering IV sedation and vasopressors.
- Knowledge of caring for stroke patients and ventilated patients.
- Experience in managing BiPAP/CPAP.
- Ability to interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs) and follow isolation precautions.
- Capability in performing triage.
Description:
This position is for an ER Registered Nurse (RN).

Attendance on every other weekend is mandatory.

This role does not require telemetry technicians, so nurses will be responsible for measuring telemetry strips and accurately interpreting cardiac rhythms for all telemetry patients under their care.
