Must-Have: - Ability to interpret and manage heart rhythm changes (dysrhythmias). - Experience in caring for critically ill patients with multi-organ issues. - Proficiency in administering blood products and managing central lines. - Skilled in starting and maintaining IVs. - Competence in administering IV sedation and vasopressors. - Knowledge of caring for stroke patients and ventilated patients. - Experience in managing BiPAP/CPAP. - Ability to interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs) and follow isolation precautions. - Capability in performing triage. Description: This position is for an ER Registered Nurse (RN). The role involves providing care in a fast-paced emergency room setting. The nurse will be responsible for assessing and prioritizing patient care needs. The position requires effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team.
