You will supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.

Essential functions include collecting relevant data pertinent to patients' health or situations.
You will analyze assessment data in determining diagnosis and care issues.
The role involves developing a care plan with prescribed interventions to attain outcomes.
You will implement the plan, coordinate care delivery, and employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
Evaluating progress toward attaining outcomes is a key responsibility.
Identifying outcomes for patients or their situations is essential.
Collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers in providing patient care in a safe and healing environment is required.
You will provide learning opportunities for patients and team members.
Direct health information will be provided to patients and families.
Participation in discharge planning is crucial for continuity of care.
You must delegate appropriately and coordinate the duties of healthcare team members.
