**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Room Team!** **Job Description:** - Are you an experienced ER RN looking for an opportunity to make a real difference? - We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our vibrant emergency room team on the Day Shift (7:00A - 7:30P) with a Weekend and Holiday Rotation. - Bring your expertise and compassion to provide exceptional care to our patients in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients. - Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques, policies, procedures, standards of care, and State laws. - Document care according to established standards. - Perform assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations of patient care. - Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care tailored to individual patient needs in coordination with physicians and clinic policy. - Involve patients and families in education and instruction throughout the care process. - Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities and shared governance. - Provide clinical expertise and support to other units and departments in managing the longitudinal plan of care. - Employ critical thinking skills to ensure patient safety and enhance patient experience, escalating concerns appropriately. - Engage in the professional nursing continuum process, unit practice activities, and peer review processes. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting. - Active IL RN Licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications required. - Either TNCC or TNS certification is also required. - Graduate of an accredited nursing program with education verification. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
