**Job Description:**
- Position: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
- Unit: 14001200 - GH ER
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional care to both adult and pediatric patients in a fast-paced ER environment.
- Manage multiple patient assignments with varying levels of acuity seamlessly.
- Adapt to changing patient volumes and department needs with agility.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Float within scope of practice to support facility needs and team cohesion as required.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department (ED).
- Preferred experience in caring for both adult and pediatric patients.
- Certifications Required:
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- TNCC
- NIHSS
- ENPC
- CPI
- Positive and proactive attitude, especially during high-census periods.
- Willingness to contribute to patient care and support department flow.
**Additional Information:**
- Charting: EPIC
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue
- Weekend availability required as per unit needs.
- First-time travelers are not considered for this role.
- No on-call requirement.
