**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver top-notch patient care.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, strictly following approved nursing techniques and state laws.
- Document patient care per standards to ensure effective and accurate records.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized patient plans in alignment with physician directives.
- Engage in departmental performance improvement and shared governance initiatives.
- Provide guidance to other units and departments, supporting patients' longitudinal plans of care.
- Apply critical thinking to enhance patient safety and experience, escalating concerns as necessary.
- Participate in unit practice activities, decisions, and peer review processes to foster professional growth.
**Shift Information:**
- Mid Shift hours with rotation weekends.
**Minimum Experience:**
- Less than 1 year.
**Certifications / Requirements:**
- ACLS
- BLS/BCLS
- PALS
- TNCC
