Job Title: ER Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Emergency Room License: Current active state license or compact license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required Must-Have: - Experience with adult and pediatric Emergency Room patients required - Competency with IV insertion, cardiac monitoring, procedural sedation support, stroke and sepsis care, and emergency stabilization required - Experience with Alaris pumps and standard Emergency Department equipment preferred - Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts, every other weekend and holiday - Previous travel experience preferred but not required Description: The role requires an experienced Registered Nurse to work in the Emergency Room. You will provide critical care to both adult and pediatric patients. The work involves a rotating night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, totaling 36 hours per week. Candidates must have a valid state or compact license along with certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS. Candidates must demonstrate competencies in IV insertion and cardiac monitoring. Experience with procedural sedation support and emergency stabilization is essential. Familiarity with Alaris pumps and standard Emergency Room equipment is a plus. You must be available to work weekends and holidays as required. Previous travel nurse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
