Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. Request Time Off cannot exceed 7 days. No Request Time Off during the first week of assignment. Candidates should provide documentation to verify residency. All candidates must have no hits on their state license to practice. Description: Recently certified in life support from an approved vendor is required. Potential call may be included in the position. Candidates must list all facilities they are willing to work in.
