Description:
Provides immediate, critical care to patients with acute injuries or illnesses in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
Responsible for rapid assessment, triage, and stabilizing patients.
Administers treatments and assists physicians during interventions.
Certifications are required for BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required.
Physical copies of certifications are required if listed.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the emergency room is mandatory.
Michigan license verification is essential for all nurses.
