**Job Description:**

- Utilize the Nursing Process in alignment with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policies.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment to ensure safe patient care.
- Engage in planning and anticipation for effective delivery of care in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development.
- Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff.
- Provide direction and supervision to personnel delivering patient care in the Emergency Department.
**Position Details:**
- Shift: Nights 7p - 7:30a, rotating weekends
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Experience Required: 2+ years
- Required Credentials: AZ license, BLS, ACLS, PALS
- EMR Experience: Cerner required
- Flexibility to float to Marana ED and sister hospitals, including Northwest Medical Center, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita.
