Staff-to-patient ratios may fluctuate with changes in census and call-ins. Orientation will be conducted bi-weekly. Certification of experience and qualifications is necessary for consideration. Candidates must be willing to work on holidays and may not modify pre-approved time off. References are required: one from a charge nurse or higher and one from a supervisor. All required certifications must be provided for submission. Background checks and any license issues must be addressed upfront. After completing one year, travelers must take a minimum six-month break before returning.
