**Emergency Room Registered Nurse Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process
- Adhere to state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures
- Employ critical thinking skills and scientific judgment for effective patient care
- Anticipate and plan for the safe delivery of care within the Emergency Department
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training
- Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of staff
- Offer direction and supervision to assigned personnel in delivering patient care
- Float to various units as needed, ensuring adaptability in patient care
**What You Need:**
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
- Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Current Arizona Nursing License
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Charge nurse experience is a plus (additional hourly compensation available)
**Additional Information:**
- Shift: Nights (7 PM - 7:30 AM) with 3x12 hour shifts
- Facility Information: 38 beds, Trauma Level III Certified, Stroke and STEMI Receiving
- Dress Code: Black scrub colors
