Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department
• Work effectively within a team of RNs and ED techs
• Maintain accurate patient records using Meditech
• Adapt to variable shift requirements, including floating as needed
• Adhere to department policies, ensuring compliance with guidelines

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses not accepted)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS required
• Preferred experience with Meditech documentation system
