**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Fauquier Medical Center, Warrenton, VA
- **Shift:** Night Shift (7p-7a)
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hrs/wk
- **Weekend Hours:** Every other weekend
- **Unit:** Emergency Room
**Position Highlights:**
- Be part of a thriving 97-bed acute care hospital.
- Engage with a diverse patient population spanning all age groups.
- Experience a variety of specialty services, including surgical innovations and robotics.
- Work in a fast-paced 24-hour Emergency Department.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive ER care, performing essential tasks such as:
- Phlebotomy
- IV placement
- EKGs
- Splinting
- Wound care
- Patient transport
- Collaborate with a supportive team to create a positive experience for patients and their families.
- Contribute to operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of care.
**Qualifications:**
- Required Certifications:
- ACLS
- PALS
- BLS
- NIHSS
- Minimum of 5 years of ER experience preferred.
- Ideal candidates are:
- Self-motivated and self-sufficient
- Team-oriented and patient-centered
- Focused on enhancing the patient experience
