### Exciting Opportunity for an ER Charge Nurse!
**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Asheville, NC
- **Shift:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional nursing care in a busy Emergency Department with 101 beds.
- Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 4:1 (up to 7:1 for behavioral holds).
- Collaborate with a dedicated team that prioritizes teamwork and real-time feedback.
- Serve a high volume Emergency Department with over 100,000 visits annually.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse.
- At least 1 year of experience in an Emergency Room setting.
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS before start date, with ENPC within 90 days.
