Schedule: Every other weekend required; scheduling meets departmental needs with flexibility across all ED sections

Requirements:
- Current North Carolina RN license or ability to obtain
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an Emergency Department setting
- Prior experience in a Level II trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, or high-volume ED strongly preferred
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required before start date
- ENPC certification required within 90 days of hire
- Ability to float to all sections within the Emergency Department
- Strong teamwork mentality with ability to provide real-time coaching and feedback
