Staff must work every other weekend and required holidays as needed by the unit. Weekend coverage is necessary. The expected patient ratio is 5:1 during night shifts. There is no call requirement for this position. Candidates must be ready and clocked in for report at the beginning of each shift. The facility serves a diverse patient demographic, including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services, social services, and pharmacy. Flu vaccination is required, with medical exemptions only. A minimum of supervisor-level references is required for submission. Compliance with all policies related to travel staff is expected. Previous internal travelers may return after six months, while permanent staff may return after one year.
