Requirements:
- Active Michigan RN license (required)
- Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Department experience (required)
- Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (required)
- Telemetry experience (preferred)
- Previous travel nursing experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in life-or-death situations
- Excellent communication skills with patients and families
- Demonstrated patience in high-stress clinical environments
