**Exciting Opportunity: Emergency Department RN**
**Job Description:**
- **Unit Overview:**
- 37-bed Emergency Department with Level 2 Trauma
- Dynamic team of 73 FTEs
- Daily staffing includes:
- **Day Shift:** 1 Charge RN, 7 RNs, 2 Techs/Paramedics, 5 Mid-Shift RNs, 2 Mid-Shift Techs
- **Night Shift:** 1 Charge RN, 7 RNs, 2 Techs/Paramedics, 5 Mid-Shift RNs, 2 Mid-Shift Techs
- Patient Ratios: 1:4 in patient zones
- State-of-the-art equipment including GE Monitors
- EMR: MediTech
- **Hiring Profile:**
- **Essential Skills:**
- High caliber patient experience skills
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Experience in Emergency Department (ED)
- **Typical Procedures:**
- Diverse range of emergency medical procedures

- BLS

- 4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks; no call required

- ED patients may be admitted to hospital holding in the ED
