Skills required include the management of various medical conditions, patient assessments, and emergency interventions. Responsibilities may include managing ventilated patients and performing procedures such as intubation and chest tube management. Nurses will work in an interdisciplinary team setting. Daily census is approximately 165, with patient age groups ranging from neonates to geriatrics. Candidates must be prepared for a variety of emergency situations and provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations. Compliance with established safety protocols and guidelines is essential. Interest in and ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment is required.
