The unit employs a Team Nursing approach to ensure seamless care delivery. All shifts may be required. The nurse to patient ratio is 1:4. The dress code for this position is scrubs in Caribbean Blue. Mandatory attendance is required for orientation sessions. Candidates should be prepared for floating to other units or departments if necessary.
