Description: Join our team in the Emergency Department. The patient population primarily consists of adults and geriatrics. The facility has 217 licensed beds and provides various services including Emergency Department, Critical Care, Medical/Surgical, Acute Rehabilitation, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Cath Lab, Diagnostics & Therapeutic Radiology, Wound Care, Pain Clinic, Sleep Lab, and Pathology. The emergency department has 17 beds and an average of 40 visits per day. Patient ratios are approximately 1 nurse to 6 patients. Electronic Health Record system used is MediTech. Candidates must meet specific onboarding requirements which include background checks and drug screenings. A drug test must include a 10-panel screening. Titers for MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB must be from the last 12 months. The position requires mandatory reporter certification for both child and adult abuse. Weekend hours may be required to cover daily volume and call coverage. The area offers a low cost of living and beautiful outdoor trails.
