**Exciting Opportunity for ER Registered Nurse!**
**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Denton, TX
- **Unit:** Emergency Department (24-bed state-of-the-art facility)
- **Shift:** 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM
- **Assignment Length:** 13 weeks
- **Weekend Requirements:** Every other weekend
- **Call Requirements:** Yes
- **Guaranteed Hours:** 36
- **Special Skills Required:** Minimum 2 years of ER experience
**Qualifications:**
- **Required Experience:**
- HCA experience
- Meditech experience
- Active RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
- **Certifications:**
- Current NIH Stroke certification (required)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification (required)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification (required)
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) certification (required)
**Unit Specifics:**
- **Documentation System:** Meditech
- **Floating Policy:** As needed
**Dress Code:**
- **Scrubs:** Royal Blue Scrubs
- **Nail Policy:** Clean and healthy, no artificial nails or gel nails
- **Hair:** Neat and clean, pulled back if shoulder length or longer
- **Tattoos:** Cover body art whenever possible
- **Piercings:** Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited
