The nurse will care for trauma, stroke, obstetrics, and advanced cardiac patients.

The nurse will conduct clinician interviews and manage patient assessments effectively. Candidates must be able to work a holiday rotation and every third weekend. The Emergency Room features 16 beds with a nurse to patient ratio of 1:5. The nurse will care for trauma, stroke, obstetrics, and advanced cardiac patients. Candidates must possess critical thinking and strong communication skills. Current certifications required include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC. A De-Escalation Certificate is preferred, and a NIH Stroke Scale certificate is nice to have. All nurses must have a valid nursing license at the time of application. Professional references from a supervisor or nursing manager within the last 24 months are preferred.
