Must-Have:
- 24 months of current Emergency Room experience
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Active PALS and TNCC certificates required
- Documentation of required certifications must be provided
- Professional reference from a nursing supervisor or manager within the last 24 months preferred
Description:
Candidates will be required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays unless the unit is closed.
The patient population will consist of a mixture, and nurses will manage drips and titrations.
Scrub colors include Black, Navy Blue, and Caribbean Blue in solids.
Every fourth weekend is required.
De-escalation certificates are preferred but not mandatory.
CPI, MAB, MOAB, or SAMA certifications are acceptable for de-escalation training.
NIH Stroke Scale certification can be obtained during onboarding.
Candidates must possess an active license and meet the specified certification requirements.
Reference checks are preferred from previous supervisory roles within the last 24 months.
Candidates must adhere to the employee separation policy regarding prior employment.
Nurses on this unit will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility in shift availability is required based on department discretion.
