Flow through the system may include floating between multiple facilities within the network. Nurses will undergo skills assessments, including maintaining sterile fields during procedures. Continuous education will be provided on lifts, restraints, and wound care protocols. Nurse aides and patient care technicians will support nursing staff, allowing for focused patient care. Emergency medical records are maintained using a digital management system. Pharmacy and respiratory therapy services are available 24/7 for patient support. Weekend shift requirements include 4 shifts per month, with holidays based on unit discretion. Scrub color is navy.
