TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Attleboro, Massachusetts, 02703!

Job Title: Emergency Department Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Medicine Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years preferred; first-time travelers with 2-3 years of experience considered License: State license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Must-Have: Experience with Epic or Cerner preferred Description: ED RN position available for night shifts. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience or be a first-time traveler with 2-3 years of experience. Experience with Epic or Cerner is preferred. The average daily census is 130-150 patients. There are 21 rooms and 31 beds available. Patient age groups range from neonates to geriatrics. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4-5. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend. The medication system used is Omnicell. Documentation is performed using Cerner. This facility cares for complex medical patients across all age groups. Candidates must hold certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Nursing skills required include managing BiPAP/CPAP, blood product administration, and central line care/management. Experience in pediatric emergency care is also necessary. Candidates must be able to interpret dysrhythmias and manage IVs effectively. This position requires knowledge of isolation precautions and triage. Preferred skills include procedural sedation administration and monitoring.
