The shift is from 7 PM to 7 AM. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting. An active compact license is required. BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications are necessary. This is a full-service emergency department. The unit has 11 beds and a staff of 16. Patient ratios on the unit vary. Ideal candidates should be independent, autonomous, critical thinkers, adaptable, and possess strong clinical and relational attributes. Every other weekend is required. There is no on-call requirement.
