- Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias
- Experience in procedural sedation administration and monitoring
- Proficient in triage and starting/maintaining IVs
Description:
This position is for an Emergency Room Nurse on night shifts.
The nurse will maintain patient ratios of 1:3.
The role includes the insertion of central lines, arterial lines, and chest tubes.
Candidates should be familiar with post-cardiac arrest hypothermia protocols.
Assisting with intubations and responding to code situations is expected.
Experience with trauma patients, pediatric patients, and mental health boarders is required.
The hospital handles a high daily census and provides care for a diverse patient demographic.
The unit has a supportive interdisciplinary team and utilizes advanced monitoring equipment.
