There are 4 staff members on duty during each shift. Day shift consists of 3 RNs and 2 mid-shifters. Night shift consists of 3 RNs. Patient-to-nurse ratios are 4:1. Common procedures performed include triage, assessment, IV starts, lab draws, and EKGs. Training for lab procedures will be provided at each facility. Candidates must demonstrate adherence to ICARE values. Availability for weekend shifts is required; 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule. Candidates without the required skills will not be considered. Preferred candidates will have ENPC experience.
