**Join Our Team as an RN in the Emergency Department!**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking passionate and skilled Registered Nurses to be part of our dynamic Emergency Department team. Your role will involve:
- Providing exceptional care for patients of all ages, including infants and adults.
- Managing Emergency Department holds (boarding patients) with compassion and professionalism.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment at a prestigious Level 1 Trauma Center.
**Mandatory Qualifications:**
- Current and active Ohio RN license.
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS from the American Heart Association.
- Experience with EPIC electronic health record system.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
**Work Environment / Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to work efficiently in a bustling and high-pressure setting.
- Flexibility for shifts required: Nights 7 PM - 7 AM, 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend and holiday.
**Minimum Years of Experience:**
- 1 year in a related field.
**Certifications / Requirements:**
- ACLS
- BLS/BCLS
- PALS
