Description:
MUST HAVE NEURO/SPINE EXPERIENCE.
The unit features 10 operating rooms.
The facility is licensed for 330 beds.
There are approximately 50 staff members.
Staff includes day shift RNs, surgical techs, and unit assistants.
Night shift includes a call team.
Patient ratios are 1:1.
Equipment used includes DaVinci Robot, Endovascular Suite, Neurospine microscope, and hysteroscopy pump.
The EMR system in use is Altera.
Most recruited skills include:
Orthopedics, total joints, general surgery, robotics, basic endovascular skills, and urology experience.
Neuro experience is preferred for call coverage.
Typical procedures performed include orthopedics, robotics, gynecology, urology, vascular, endovascular, and basic cranial/neuro procedures.
The best personality fit is someone who works hard and plays nice.
Weekends and on-call duties will be assigned.
Call coverage may include Friday and Saturday overnights occasionally.
Holiday coverage will be on an as-needed basis.
