- **Patient Ratios:**
- Average: 3:1
- Low Acuity: 5:1
- Pediatrics: Team Nursing
- **Equipment and Technology:**
- Type of Equipment: Alaris
- EMR System: Meditech
- **Candidate Profile:**
- **Must-Haves:**
- Minimum 1-year ED RN experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- Experience in traveling or large facility settings
- **Preferred Qualifications:**
- ENPC certification
- Meditech experience
- Experience in facilities larger than 52 beds
- **Typical Procedures:**
- IV starts and medication administration
- Sedations and Pediatrics
