Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN to join the Emergency Department team in Macon, GA. This travel assignment offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic Level 1 Trauma Center, providing care to a diverse patient population with conditions ranging from chest pain to mental health crises. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ED- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients
- Manage critical patient conditions effectively in a Level 1 Trauma setting
- Administer medications including drips like Heparin and Insulin
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CNAs, charge nurses, and intensivists
- Document patient information accurately using EMR: EPIC
- Participate in department orientation and complete educational modules
Requirements of the RN - ED- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- BCR (Basic Cardiac Rhythm) competency
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an ED RN
- Proficiency in emergency room nursing and Level 1 Trauma care
