- Epic experience required.
- Minimum holiday availability: must work 2 out of 4 holidays.
- Floating required to other campuses as needed.
- Compliance EKG exam must be passed.
Description:
The position involves working three 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.
Staff will provide care in a busy emergency department setting.
Responsibilities include managing a patient ratio of 5 on nights.
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications are required.
Candidates should have experience in trauma level I or II facilities.
Knowledge of handling complex cases such as stroke, cardiac events, and trauma is essential.
Additional skills in IV management, phlebotomy, and procedural sedation are preferred.
There is a requirement for minimal holiday time off.
The department is equipped to care for all age groups and has telemedicine capabilities.
Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services.
Candidates should have experience with electronic medical records, specifically Epic.
