Assessment and interpretation of patient data is required to identify each patient's specific needs. The RN functions as the primary RN in Triage, Main ED, and Fast Track. Additional floating to other hospital areas may occur as directed by leadership. When floated, the RN is expected to follow the guidance of the Charge Nurse in the assigned department. Maintaining high standards of care and safety is required.
