- **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- **Location:** Reston, VA
- **Unit Overview:**
- 34-44K visits per year
- Dynamic team of 78 healthcare professionals
- Patient Ratios: 1:4
- **Staffing Levels:**
- **Day Shift:** 1 Charge, 1 Triage, 4 RNs, 1 Paramedic
- **Midshift:** 1 Charge, 1 Triage, 6-7 RNs, 2 Paramedics
- **Night Shift:** 1 Charge, 1 Triage, 4 RNs, 1 Paramedic
- **Essential Skills:**
- Must have:
- ACLS
- PALS
- BLS
- Preferred:
- TNCC
- CEN
- **Typical Procedures:**
- Stroke Protocol
- Sepsis Protocol
- Trauma Protocol
- Triage
- IV initiation
- Moderate Sedation
