Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Department- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Manage patient assignments and collaborate with healthcare team members
- Ensure adherence to established protocols and procedures
- Utilize the Meditech documentation system for patient records
- Float to different units as needed within shift requirements
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Department- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Emergency Department
- Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses not accepted)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS certifications required
- Experience with Meditech preferred
