Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room services for a 13-week travel assignment in San Antonio, TX. This opportunity allows you to utilize your expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room- Provide high-quality nursing care to Emergency Room patients
- Perform conscious sedation and participate in intubations
- Monitor patients under Behavioral Health Watch
- Manage sepsis cases and administer TPA for stroke treatment
- Respond to chest pain and initiate heart alerts
- Document patient information using the Meditech system
- Follow floating policies as required
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room- Active TX RN License (temporary licenses not accepted)
- Current PALS or ENPC, ACLS, BLS, TNCC, NIHSS certifications
- Minimum of 2+ years ER experience
- Preferred CEN and Meditech experience
