Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Deliver patient-centered care in a 54-bed emergency department
- Manage patient ratios of 4:1 efficiently
- Coordinate care with a team of RNs, paramedics, and charge nurses
- Utilize Meditech EMR to document patient care
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- 1.5 years of ER experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications
- Good prioritization and time management skills
- Preferred: 2+ years of ER experience and Meditech EHR experience
