Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center is strongly recommended. Candidates must hold a valid state RN License. Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC. Weekend and holiday shifts will be required as needed by the unit. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced environment with a mix of patient age groups. All staff are expected to be clocked in and ready for report at the start of their shift. Additional certifications such as ENPC, NIH, and CPI are preferred but not mandatory. Previous charge experience is a plus. Successful candidates will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing care to a diverse patient population.
