Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Provide care to trauma level 3 patients, including GSW, stabbing, MVA, and falls
- Manage patients with stroke, heart failure, and chest pain
- Perform fluid resuscitation/blood product administration
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and perform conscious sedation
- Administer critical care drips and manage chest tubes and NGT placements
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
- Preferred: TNCC certification
