Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Location: Atlanta, GA 30303
Facility: Grady Main ER
Duration: 16 Weeks
Schedule: Nights | 3 × 12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) for an assignment at Grady Main ER. Candidates should have strong experience in high-acuity emergency care, with large-facility and Level I Trauma experience preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of well-rounded adult and pediatric Emergency Department experience.

• Experience in a large hospital/facility strongly preferred.

• Level I Trauma experience preferred.

• Must be comfortable caring for both adult and pediatric ED patients.

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.

• TNCC and/or ENPC preferred.

• Strong emergency assessment, prioritization, and critical-thinking skills required.

• Must be able to work night shifts, 3 × 12 hours per week.

• Highest preference for candidates available to start 05/04; latest acceptable start date is 05/18.

• Conditional compliance may be accepted for credentialing items that are verified to be actively in process.
